Nicholas provided ongoing comprehensive progress reports both verbal and written that I had not expected but were very helpful. He went above and beyond dealing with each and every last issue in a meticulous manner I've not experienced with previous house sales with other agents. He identified and resolved potential issues, including mistakes by my conveyancer with the contract Nicholas then diplomatically worked with my conveyancer to successfully resolve, thus avoiding potentially disastrous consequences if not for Nicholas’s diligence. I will always appreciate his integrity, wisdom and dedication ensuring the sale process proceeded successfully. Already extremely impressed with the quality of service provided, my home also unexpectedly sold for an unusually high price which I credit Nicholas for after watching the way he competently and professionally dealt with not just myself but potential buyers and their solicitors.
