Trevor Fernandes was great

We are glad we chose Trevor. The true professional, he helped us decide on the auction, which proved to be the best choice for the market at the time. He worked tirelessly at getting the buyers, and just as patiently at helping us to gain confidence. We had lots of questions, but he responded with respect for our anxiety. He never failed to provide well informed – and reliable – explanations regarding the sale process, with a touch of humour to leaven the mix. Indeed, he kept us up-to-date unfailingly. What’s more, we knew our house and belongings were as secure as possible during the inspections, since he took every possible precaution to ensure this. When it was time for the auction, he reassured us again, as did Damian the auctioneer. On the day they were both magnificent, and for us the outcome was excellent. I think because Trevor was so good at keeping in touch with buyers, and doing so respectfully, we had seven bidders at auction. He even organised good weather! So we thank Trevor for helping us to let go of our house with glad hearts, and for his lovely manner throughout the period from first contact to well after the sale. Thank you Trevor!!!
