Dean had great knowledge of the market and great forsyte as to how my house would be perceived by buyers and how it would sell and as predicted it sold within two weeks and at the highest end of my price range. All inspections went well with Dean giving me feedback each time. Dean was professional, courteous and easy going all the way through.
