We are very happy with the work by Noah Bullen and other Jellis Craig Greensborough staff involved

We were extremely happy with the work done by Noah Bullen because of:- 1. His overall professionalism and work ethic. 2. His suggestions regarding the best way to present the property were well thought out and obviously enhanced its eventual appeal to potential buyers. 3. Given the relatively short sales campaign, he conducted a number of mid-week open for inspection sessions, particularly at times outside of normal working hours, that attracted a significant number of potential buyers. 4. He provided accurate feedback on how these sessions went and, what turned out to be, a close estimate of what the likely number of bidders there would be at the auction. 5. He did what seemed a significant amount of follow up contact with those clearly interested in bidding on the property. This information was progressively relayed back to us and gave us confidence of a successful outcome, which it was. In fact, it was far better than we had hoped for. 6. His personable nature worked well with us and, I suspect, potential buyers. Overall, we couldn't have been more happy with the sale outcome, largely due to Noah's efforts, and we would be more than happy to recommend his services to anyone looking to sell a property in the local area.
