Unbelievably professional and friendly, hardest working team I have ever dealt with.

I have been a client of McGrath Greensborough/Eltham for the past two years and couldn’t speak more highly of their professional and friendly service. Initially I dealt with the rental department in Grace and Tara as they were looking after my 2 bedroom unit in Briar Hill. They made the process so easy and seem less and everything ran so smoothly. Throughout the period of renting I always felt like my best interests were at their forefront and their ongoing updates and information made all the decisions so much easier. I couldn’t be more appreciative of their help and amazing professionalism. Recently I decided to sell the unit and began dealing with Ben Flannagan and the sales team. Ben’s work ethic and attention to detail is unlike anything I have seen before. What can be a daunting process was made so much easier with the ongoing and relentless work by Ben and the team. I would receive regularly and informative updates, important information on the market and current trends applicable to my unit and potential strategies to give my unit the best chance of a successful outcome. It didn’t matter to Ben or his team that my units value was at the lower spectrum compared to other properties they were looking after, I got the same unbelievable service and genuine care to get me what I needed.
