We have bought and sold properties through Christian when he was at Frank Dowling and Jellis Craig.

We found Christian to be very approachable and possessed a strong understanding of the property market relative to the changing economic environment. Before selecting Christian and Jellis Craig to handle the sale of 1/14 Colorado St Pascoe Vale we attended a few of his auctions and found him to be very accomodating and inclusive of all prospective buyers with a friendly manner and smile regardless of how trying the prospective buyers or conditions were. Regular discussions with Christian during the whole campaign kept us up to date with the interest by and concerns of prospective buyers which gave us confidence on how well the campaign was progressing. During the Auction of my daughters home Melbourne decided to turn on one of its worst days of weather with heavy rain and strong winds yet Christian managed to secure the attendance of the many who had been attending the opens and then conducted the auction skillfully and calmly inviting more and more bids despite the extreme conditions which netted us a price well above our reserve. So a very big thank you to you Christian Lonzi and the crew at Jellis Craig from our daughter and the whole family who were delighted with a smoothly run campaign and excellent result at a very difficult auction.
