He's optimistic without being idealistic (a subtle but meaningful difference when there's hundreds of thousands at stake!). With our property, we were essentially 'flipping' soon after settlement, due to a change in circumstances. From other agents, we were presented with options that ranged from 'a big loss' to 'only a little loss'. Aaron was confident that he could get on the upper side of break even/profit in what is (late 2019) a warming but still underwhelming market for vendors. With a few tweaks of our campaign over a 6-8 week period, Aaron successfully sold our property on a short settlement at a price that we broke even on (including marketing, legal and agent fees). To us (fairly experienced in the property market) this was an excellent result and we're very happy. Aaron will go the extra mile for you.
