Adam's work was cut out for him when he became the agent for our property; a solid, well located super small unit that banks/mortgage providers would not give finance to on account of the size of the property. This greatly impacted on who we would be able to sell it to. Undeterred, Adam persevered giving us regular honest feedback and advice which was highly appreciated and resulted in the sale. It may not have been the price we anticipated but the service could not be faulted. We were actually quite familiar with the level of service he provided as we had used him in the past not only for sales but also to manage our tenants which had run super smoothly for 10 years.
