Man of his Word

When I first saw the property I ended buying, I thought it'd auction for more than $1.2m. I loved the place but didn't think I could afford it as my upper bidding limit would not have gone over $1m. Sam and his assistant, Cameron encouraged me to stay in the game by attending and bidding at auction. I'm glad I did as I was able to buy my dream home within my budget. Thanks Sam and Cameron.

Sam as the agent could not have done more as usual.

Sam as the primary agent served us well as he has done in the past. The reason we went to OBrien was that we knew Sam was a hard worker. We felt that the auctioneer was more interested in achieving a sale than representing us as his clients. Having said that the property was sold in what appeared to be a declining market. Perhaps the auctioneer could have had more contact and taken more interest in the client prior to sale.
