Upfront honesty, knowledgeable, and communicative.

We messed Lindsay about for an inspection owing to flight delays, however he went out of his way to conduct a private tour of the property afterwards. He highlighted known issues, but also offered alternative solutions. His building history knowledge was valuable in assessing any works required. Honest and upfront in relation to potential offers, and was fast and communicative afterwards (even late on a Sunday night). Well done.
