The property at 34 Leggatt Cres was sold by my co-executor and me acting for the estate of our deceased friend. Towards the end of 2020 I alerted Amanda, and some other agents, that we would be bringing the property to the market in early 2021 and would be seeking expressions of interest to market the property. In the intervening period Amanda kept us fully informed of the quickly changing scene for vendors in an absolutely professional manner such that, when we were considering appointment of an agent, we felt totally comfortable with the decision in front of us. Amanda’s presentation to us on behalf of Bon Accorde provided us with all of the very detailed information we had sought. More importantly, the quiet professionalism of Amanda showed to us her enthusiasm to be appointed, and she supported her enthusiasm with concrete facts. From the moment we informed Amanda of the appointment of Bon Accorde we had absolute confidence in our appointment. In all respects Amanda exceeded our expectations. When we sat down with Amanda to work out a marketing strategy we were at comfort with her personal commitment to ensure property was marketed and presented at its best, even to the extent of bringing some items from her home to enhance presentation of the property.
