Nigel, you did a great job in handling a difficult campaign. Especially at the early stages where comparisons and price range were not to our favour. However, you worked hard taking a number of people through for 2nd visits, making yourself available and you focussed on the many positive aspects of the property that drew people's attention to what it was offering. Whilst the outcome was good, the ratings given is not influenced by the outcome but by our / my observations of how you handled the questions from prospective buyers. Having said that, well done on a great Saturday!!
