I had such a great experience working with Takumi to sell my unit in Richmond. From day one, he was incredibly communicative, I always knew exactly what was happening and what to expect next, which made the whole process feel a lot less stressful. What really stood out was how strategic he was with the campaign. He wasn’t just going through the motions, he had a clear plan and was constantly thinking a few steps ahead. He also gave me really practical, actionable tips on small things I could do to add value and present the place at its best, which made a genuine difference. He moved quickly (in a good way). As soon as the property was ready, he had staging and photography organised immediately, and the listing went live the next day. That momentum carried all the way through, I ended up closing before the EOI date, which honestly exceeded my expectations. Overall, Takumi was proactive, thoughtful, and just really easy to work with. I felt like he genuinely cared about getting the best outcome for me, and it showed in the result.
