Elliot Gill and Will Trenchard handled the recent auction and sale of my property in Richmond. We were well aware of Jellis Craig in the market, and I was always impressed by their branding, professionalism and marketing. We appointed Jellis Craig as they were by far the most professional, client focused agent we spoke to, with a great knowledge of the local market. Our property was always going to pose some challenges, being on a busy road. Elliot was able to devise a marketing strategy that allowed the great features of the house to shine though. Opens were very well run, with prompt feedback afterwards. This culminated in an auction with many interested parties in attendance, and I feel this resulted in a great outcome for us as vendors, and also for the purchasers.
