Will was always there to communicate with me at any time.

All of my real estate dealings have been with Tim and Will Bennison, and after the weekend they will continue to be my agents. I let Will take total control of the sale of my mothers townhouse, all I did was answer questions when necessary, I left it to the professionals and they showed us they knew what they were doing, and needless to say on the day of the Auction the proof was in the pudding. We got a huge price due to Will's diligence, his people skills, updating anyone who looked at the property. Will gave me feedback all the time, and all decisions were made with me, nothing pushy, just honest comments from would be purchasers. In summary, Will Bennison is an outstanding young man, with a friendly but business like manner, he has good ethics, and to be very sure a great career ahead of him.
