Carla Fetter, David Sciola and the Jellis Craig team did everything they said they would. They were very considerate to us regarding the ongoing problems with our electronic communication or lack thereof. Everything was explained clearly as to what to expect, dates and times of the open for inspections. The reports on the numbers of groups going through, were punctual and accurate. David was a trouper standing outside for what seemed like hours, with his side kick Dennis. Well done David. The advice given regarding to go to auction or not, was clearly explained without prejudice and the decision we made based on the information supplied, was well timed. The marketing of the property was appropriate to the property, including signage, photos and the internet. We look forward to an equally smooth settlement!
