I had the pleasure of working with Kevin O’Brien from Jellis Craig Real Estate (Armadale/Richmond) in the recent sale of my home. He was incredibly knowledgeable about my suburb even though it was not within his usual area, and went above and beyond to guide me expertly through every step of the sales campaign. Kevin immediately gained my trust with his vast experience, attention to detail, calmness, excellent communication and genuine care, and he also made sure that I felt comfortable and fully informed every step of the way. As our auctioneer, he made sure that what could have been a stressful day, was instead very smooth, calm and straightforward. And we achieved our desired sale price! In addition, he was in touch during the settlement period to liaise with the purchaser as required, and to answer questions about the purchase of my new property! I can’t recommend Kevin highly enough!
