An exceptional agent

From my first meeting with Lachie, I was impressed greatly by his friendly manner, knowledge of the market conditions, pleasant personality and genuine interest in property and me. On this day I was choosing between 3 agents with the assistance of Ian Reid's vendor advocacy. Lachie was the standout agent without an oversized ego being foremost rather than the wishes of the vendor. The communication with the agency was excellent throughout the process, with Paige Crofts from the office playing an invaluable role in this area. Prior to the auction date, Lachie made me well aware of all possible scenarios on the day and this information was exceptionally valuable given what transpired on the day. After the sale, the exceptional service has continued, which I find very impressive. Throughout, it felt as though I was dealing with friends rather than business associates. Such an atmosphere is not easy to generate in a short time scale and doing so is a tribute to the professionalism of all at Jellis Craig. I would have no hesitation in highly recommending them - which I have already done to a friend with a potential sale.
