Excellent Agent

Damien did an excellent job every step of the way in selling my property. From making sure the photos and setup of the marketing went well, to conducting the open for inspections, to the actual auction and negotiations, he always undertook his role in a prompt and exceptional manner. I was especially impressed by how communicative Damien was, as he constantly kept me up to date at every stage, so I never felt I was in the dark. I was especially impressed by Damien's integrity - I've heard stories of other agents trying to convince the vendor to settle for a lower reserve so that the agent could get their commission, but at no point did Damien try pressure me to do this - in fact, quite the opposite, in that he encouraged me to aim for a higher reserve than I originally intended. Full marks to Damien!
