Thanks for your comments, the owner has only just purchased this home and was not aware of any latent issues at the time of settlement. Given that you‘ve only been in the house for 2 weeks and both issues raised were acted on promptly of us being notified, we feel your observations are a little harsh. As you’d no doubt be aware, we have to act on our landlords instructions and at times these instructions can’t be obtained immediately a request is made by a tenant. That said, from our file, both matters raised were dealt with and resolved within 10 days of you entering into possession, in so I believe that our timelines were within tolerance and also well within the guidelines set down by the legislation. We trust that you will enjoy settling into your new home and the services provided by our property management department.
