Absolutely awesome agent!

We are so impressed & grateful to Charles Shi for his exceptional service! His professionalism, organisation, vision & results were absolutely superb. Charles consistently impressed us (from start to finish) with his exceptional service, research, knowledge, reliability & honesty. Such a lovely guy, honest, candid & warm but above all he is a professional who excels at his craft ... Getting great results. One memory from our sale captures Charles perfectly ... it was the day of our photo shoot & my husband was interstate. Unfortunately he had left half a cubic meter of top soil, for the gardens, in the middle of the yard. Not a great feature for a photo I must admit, as it would have been in the middle of a great photo. Charles didn’t miss a beat or hesitate, even tho he was sick with the flu, he cheerfully said he would be right back to help me shift the soil that day so our photos would look amazing ... and they did. If Charles promised, Charles delivered! Thanks for everything Charles you’re the best!!! Can’t wait to engage your wonderful services again soon.
