Highly Recommend - Knowledgable, Authentic, Effective

I worked with Hugh Francis on the recent sale of my property. Hugh had sold me the property 10 years ago and I remembered him to be knowledgeable, friendly and professional so was keen to engage him again, 10 years on, to sell the property on my behalf. In saying this I met with 4 other agents after my initial discussion with Hugh to get a feel for the market. I found them lacking and was very confident in my decision to engage Hugh and the Ray White Forrest Hill team. He certainly did not disappoint; professional, knowledgeable, candid and genuine I felt well informed and supported throughout the sale process. Professional skills aside Hugh is warm, friendly and authentic in his interactions which was lovely for me as the vendor but also clear in the relationships he built with potential buyers. Suffice to say auction day was a success, I've stood at a number of auctions and really appreciated the skill and wit Hugh demonstrated, all to my benefit which is is essence the whole point! Could not recommend Hugh more highly.
