Jenny recently sold my property @ U37/146 Alexander Pde, Alexandra Headlands I engaged three agencies to provide me with recommendations for how they would sell my property, including costs. Jenny impressed me from the beginning with her open, honest, and prompt communication. I particularly liked that she only worked on a small number of key properties at once so that she could give them the focus and attention needed. Jenny is extremely passionate and knowledgeable about real estate, the area, as it is where she lives, and she impressed me with her planning for how to achieve the best outcome for my sale. Jenny consistently and promptly communicated any progress/updates from opens with clear and concise feedback on prospects. I was selling a different property at the same time in a different area and my experience was not ideal, having to call the agent to get updates. Jenny was perfect by comparison. I would strongly recommend Jenny to anyone and you would have confidence that she will obtain the best outcome possible for any seller.

I have had the pleasure of buying and selling with Jenny. Throughout the whole process Jenny's communication is exceptional. Communication is critical in this industry and Jenny is second to none. She is an incredible negotiator and I achieved prices that were unheard of in the area. I am so grateful to Jenny for listening to all my concerns. She has a keen eye on how best to present your property for the best price and will offer advice. I have also leased my property through Jenny and she is a fantastic property manager. Always checking on the property and ensuring everything is in order. One thing is for sure Jenny will not disappoint and in this industry of smooth talkers Jenny cuts through it all and is a straight talker and honest. I would not list with anyone else and I have sold numerous properties over my lifetime and she is absolutely the best.

Our first purchase of property proved to be a nerve racking experience made easier thanks to Jenny. She gave us great advice and guidance. We felt that she was working super hard for the seller while at the same time being fair and honest with us as buyers. Because we knew Jenny would go above and beyond, we chose to rent the same property out and asked Jenny to manage it for us. We haven’t had to worry about it since. We give Jenny a big thumbs up!

Jenny McEvoy was recommended to me from a previous client of hers and I am SO pleased she did. Jenny's enthusiasm, integrity, and knowledge of the real estate industry, and the market, was awesome. She stepped me through the whole process. We decided to use an online auction via the Openn Negotiation platform and Jenny worked very very hard to achieve an incredible price for me. This was all during Covid lockdown times and she was vigilant in her dealings with prospective buyers in that regard.
