An Agent that Communicates

Alex is a professional agent that tries , this is what a seller expects but does not always get. I initially interviewed three agents to sell my property - he appraised at the lower end of the three , again not what a seller wants to hear but at the end of the day was realistic. After trying the first agent who did nothing with my property and did not communicate with me at all I decided to give Alex a go , with the main reason being he was the only agent that kept calling me to se if I required any help. I gave him specific instructions to sell a certain way and I would be the first to admit I was not going to easy to deal with - this was because I had a rare property and not going to give it away cheaply. His team got the job done , OK I realised I had to yield a bit because of the state of the market but consider the end result as fair. Glad I used Alex and JKL…..it all comes down to communication.
