The day I first met Carlie to view property 2/149 Kularoo Dr. Forster I was struck by how knowledgeable and professional she was in her demeanor. There was nothing that was any problem to provide answers to my several questions and concerns. Her knowledge of the local area is second to none. Carlie immediately providing information to local services, including General Practitioners, Hospital, Chemist, Veterinary Hospital for pets and places of interest. What an absolute breath of fresh air Carlie has been through my purchase of my Forever Home. Her communication has been exemplary, and I've enjoyed the experience of dealing with someone who I rate very highly indeed. My recent experience with all staff at JKL R/E Forster has been a very happy and rewarding. Honestly, you couldn't have a better experience with another Agent. 11/10

Meeting Carlie and putting together a selling strategy was the most rewarding and stressless thing I have done in a long time - from initial phone call and deciding a timeline of when best to go to market to assisting me to find a rental property after settlement in a very challenging rental market would not have been possible without her assistance and contacts. Every step of the way I was guided by excellent advice and reassurance. Out of all the estate agents I spoke with Carlie was the only one who recognised the value in my property and acknowledged the renovations done and was prepared to put that to the market with confidence of getting a favourable result within a short time frame, which she did. Not only did we receive asking price but well above asking price far more than any other Real Estate appraised. So I am ecstatic with the result and the service. Carlie was very professional in her approach to buyers and negotiating offers to achieve the best possible outcome for me and also something the buyer was comfortable with as well. I would consider Carlie a friend and would recommend her to all, from the very first time we met I felt I was in good hands.
