The best real estate agent I have ever experienced.

I had met Joan when she was the agent for the house I eventually bought. She was tough but fair and very clearly representing the vendor’s interests. So when it was ,y turn to be vendor to I knew which agent to go to. Joan is clear about what to expect, is always available and helpful, more honest than any agent I have ever known (this was my 14th sale) and brought me the right price (more than I had hoped) within two weeks. No gazumping, transparent all the way with both buyer and vendor, no price range or price guide rubbish. What else can anyone ever ask of an agent. The trouble is there is only one of her. All agents in the Albury Wodonga area and beyond should take note and learn.
