Fantastic experience with Joan helping me sell my property.

It was a pleasure dealing with Joan during the recent sale of my property. Every time I had contact with her, from the initial consultation right up until settlement, I found Joan to be available and attentive to my needs and questions. If she could not immediately answer a call then she called back promptly, usually within minutes! Joan was a delight to talk to, always ready with a smile and a laugh but also very professional with a dedication to the client’s needs that I find impressive. I have bought and sold 7 houses in my life and Joan is the best agent I’ve dealt with. I believe her services are extremely valuable because she not only did the things most professional agents do, like helping me organise all the things necessary in selling a house, but also she went the extra mile in so many areas. Her eye for detail in arranging a stylist to stage my house was one area which increased the price I could achieve, and despite earlier giving me one estimate, once the staging and photos were done Joan suggested a higher figure. Many agents would have used the original, lower figure as the price agreed to by the client, knowing this lower price would easily get them a quick, low-work sale and a quick commission then move onto the next sale. Not Joan! She thought my place came up well and said so which helped me achieve a substantially larger offer than otherwise I’d have accepted. I find that very professional. The experience of dealing with Joan was a pleasure because of her professionalism, her prompt and accurate communication, and her great market knowledge and research which allowed her to help me not only market, advertise and sell my property but also to do so smoothly and with as little stress as possible. Finally, I’ll commend Joan on her ability to bring a lighter, happier mood to the serious prospect of selling or buying real estate. Though she was always fully professional, her happy nature made my real estate transaction easy (and fun).
