I have just purchased my first home through Joan and she made the experience feel comforting and secure in the decision making process. She went above and beyond meeting me at the door to hand over the keys! Her availability shocked me to find how hardworking she is to ensure late night calls and early morning worries were always sorted out in a timely manner.
