Level 9 at Amari is a full-floor home of exceptional size, privacy and design. At 469sqm, this single level apartment is more akin to a large private house in the sky, set high above the Brisbane River.
You arrive through your own private lobby into a grand gallery, which leads to several distinct living and entertaining areas. There are formal lounge and dining rooms as well as a big open-plan living and dining space, and all of them open onto generous balconies with river outlooks and plenty of natural light.
The kitchen is a striking feature in its own right, built around an oversized stone island with integrated appliances and a butler's pantry. It suits quiet everyday living just as well as entertaining a crowd, and a dedicated wine room adds to the home's hosting appeal.
Deep arched balconies extend the living areas outdoors. Their soft, curved forms frame the elevated views and make indoor-outdoor living easy at any time of day.
The primary suite is a private retreat with a luxurious ensuite, freestanding bath, walk-in robe and direct balcony access offering stunning panoramic views of the city, river and beyond. The remaining bedrooms are spacious and set apart from one another, so they work equally well for family, guests or a home office. Stone, timber and soft neutral tones run throughout, creating a warm, tactile feel that stays understated.
