We generally check these ourselves and have found their recommendations reflect the current market values. We have been with John Cook R/E for over 5 years and have 2 properties managed by them. They undertake regular 6 monthly inspections and we have been pleased with the quality of the tenants they recommended to us. We have not had any issues with tenants being in arrears.
