•My purchasing experience with Darren McMillen as the selling agent was very smooth, particularly as I was in Sydney when the property that attracted me came on the market. Darren organised a time which suited a family member so that they could inspect the property on my behalf as soon as possible. Darren liaised with the vendor who was overseas and the purchase was smoothly agreed to. Subsequently a couple of extra clauses were required in the contract and Darren also organised this. Despite vendor and purchaser both being out of town Darren ensured the transaction progressed smoothly and he also provided me with additional information I required regarding the local real estate market. I did spend slightly more than I originally anticipated but the property was also superior to what I initially intended.
