We asked Rob and the team to sell our home and get us into our retirement home before my birthday!

Rob and the team know Newborough and Moe as people and business professionals. We explained that we were moving into a retirement home and what our needs and expectations were and our goals and concerns. From there we were given and advertising and pricing strategy and it worked! They were on point with their approach and also met the challenge of getting the house sold and us being in our new home before my partners birthday. They did it with 4 days to spare. At our first meeting we were clear that we only wanted serious buyer offers and were not interested in getting offers from people who didn’t have their finance sorted or were waiting on the sale of a property to buy our place as we were moving into a retirement home and needed some certainty about the future. We had quite a few people thru and we were contacted with plenty of notice and feedback and the offer we accepted was on the money. What we really liked was how upbeat and positive Lilli was and we would recommend them as the Go-To realestate team.
