Emma demonstrated sound knowledge and communications skills and was very professional at all times.

From the first meeting Emma demonstrated her strong communication skills by clearly explaining to a novice (me) what role she would play and what was required from me in order to best proceed with the house sale. She also provided reading material to ensure I was fully aware as to the processes involved. Even though I was overseas whilst the house was on the market, I was always aware as to how things were progressing and felt confident that Emma had everything in hand. Her input also guided me in how to best prepare the house and yard to minimise effort and cost whilst obtaining the maximum return for the work I completed.
