We met with three agents before deciding on John Matthews & Sons. Rebecca and Julie were professional, clearly outlined the costs involved in renting out our property through them. They asp offer an online portal where you as the landlord can log in and see any expenses that have been incurred e.g. new lock and also any repair requests from tenants which means no surprises when you get your rental income as you are aware in advance of deductions. Finally, and most importantly for us, Julie and the team have been an absolute pleasure to deal with - no question to silly, no request to difficult to deal with and they are all very quick to respond. Their rates were comparable to the other agents in town too. We would highly recommend Julie and the team at John Matthews.
