Renting made easy and care free

I’ve had my property listed with John Matthews for the last 12 years .. I’ve been fortunate to have a three property managers during that time and all of them I believe have worked for my tenant and me the owner .. Paperwork bills receipts are all collated at the end of the financial year which makes my tax consultant happy and me as well . I’ve told them if it’s broken get it fixed .... don’t worry about red tape you have $350 to keep things in order with out asking . I’ve been lucky to have great tenants due to their scrutiny and consultation . “The tenant may live my house “ but they live in their home “ Well done !!
