Agency with all of the Local Property Listings

Once we were finally placed with an agent all procedures were in place. Unfortunately there is little communication within the office and we were constantly making follow up calls without any reciprocation. They persist with having all the business locally but inadequately staffed to ensure each business/property is managed appropriately. They should ensure that management of properties is top priority rather than how much money they can acquire by having all the control of the local property market.
