I can't praise Iris highly enough. Despite the fact that we were 600km away, she handled everything perfectly. The property sold after less than three weeks on the market, at the second home open and for an excellent price. Iris and her assistant Kayla kept us informed throughout the whole sale process. Any queries or concerns were dealt with expediently, they were both approachable and helped to simplify the technological side of the sale. They were professional throughout and managed to keep an amicable relationship with the tenants who were living there during the time if the sale.
