Smooth process and very detailed of the process throughout

Iris was honest in relation to the market and the most actively marketing I have experienced in Kalgoorlie from an agent. She went above and beyond to manage the transitional processes from managing the current tenants to the sale and settlement. She managed to sell the place in such a way the tenant was able to not be disrupted in this current rental climate and stay with the new owners
