Prompt, efficient and effective

Iris and the team at John Matthew & Sons firstly, gave us their assessment of the value, which turned out to be spot-on. Of course, we started a little higher than they suggested, but eventually sold very close to the appraised price. We had a few Home Opens and, during the whole process were provided with immediate feedback. The house sold after seven weeks on the market which, given the cold start to the winter and rising interest rates, was an excellent result.
