Extremely diligent and efficient

Shack was open and honest about pricing and expectations. he went about his business quickly and regularly checked in if something had changed. He didnt check in everyday so when he called you knew it was important which i really liked. ultimately he exceeded expectations and getting more than the asking price in less than a week was better than I expected.
