Excellent efficient & effective agent

Shack was a great sales agent from start to finish. We sought quotes from four agents and ended up negotiating a good fee with Shack and chose to go with him and we are so happy we made that choice. It was not just the fee that made us choose Shack - it was also his professional attitude that gave us confidence he would get us the best sales price and he did :) :) Shack was easy to communicate with given we do not live in Kalgoorlie. He responded to texts, calls and emails quickly. He provided us with regular updates throughout. He even worked on a public holiday weekend to get us the best offer for our house whcuh ended up being above the asking price. He negotiated back and forth promptly between purchasers and ourselves and gave us ample information to make an informed decision on which offer to go with.
