Great guy working for a shady company

He was friendly, jovial and as honest as I'm assuming he could be but given that the power was DELIBERATELY cut to the property before I bought it so as to hide all the electrical issues with the evaporative cooler, points etc. he did his best to inform me of the issues he knew of.
