Small agency with big heart, superb proffesionalism and acheiving exceptional results

John Pye real estate has looked after our property as a rental concern excellently for many years. When we wanted to sell we already had a good deal of trust in them. I was however concerned that this agency was not in the same suburb as the flat that we were selling and that they may not have the market reach to achieve a fast sale and good price. My concern turned out to be unjustified. They provided exceptional advice pre-sale on how to prepare this sort of property to place it for the kind of buyers that would be interested. In fact they also organized great people to do the work for the preparation since we were not able to be there. The property had overwhelming interest from the first day they had an open house. They then negotiated with each of the buyers to achieve the best price whilst keeping us informed all along the way. The property sold at a better price and far faster than we had expected. They have a high level of integrity and I would highly recommend them.
