Matt kept me informed the whole time and was fantastic to deal with - highly recommend!

Matt communicates very well and kept me updated with the sale of my property regularly. He was professional and efficient and I received a great result that exceeded my expectations in how quickly a purchaser was found and the price. It was a tough sell as I had very many sentimental moments as we all do in our homes where we raise our children and Matt was respectful with the emotions i had attached to the home and very kind the whole process. He even assured me the purchaser's had fallen in love with the property and they were so excited to raise their family in this home which made the sale better for me knowing my home was going to be continued to be loved - thanks Matt! :)
