My house had been on the market for 5 months, in a difficult market for sellers the agent held regular home opens and dutifully followed up on leads. Whilst I had no cause for complaint of the agent, no offers had presented, I needed a change in approach. From the appointment of Ross as the new agent he immediately went to work marketing the property. Before the first scheduled home open he had produced two leads. The second lead, despite not personally viewing the property resulted in a written offer and acceptance. The offer was above my expectations. Considering the circumstances the outcome was remarkable.
