2 painless Years

Coming up to our 2 year anniversary. First time landlord and they make it seem to easy! Communication through a rather “easy” time. I found with other property managers was misrable. The main office phone wouldn’t even ring due to the nature of the rental market. But Jones and Co picked up. I like a process when making decisions similar to this, I don’t know how rent out a property safely and effectively to great tennants; so that was my expectation, I wanted professionals that knew what they were doing. I don’t shop on price as I think it’s a poor factor to have on making a long term business partner with HOWEVER the fee’s are attainable and after the quality given, care and communication it now seems like a bargain and could not recommend them highly enough.
