It's different, it's interesting, it's a lot of fun and it's totally unique. Nobody has a home like this.
The large open plan living area includes a kitchen with a wood fuel stove (and a 5 burner gas/electric oven if you are out of wood) and a walk in pantry. To supplement the one bedroom there's a freestanding studio with one, possibly two more bedrooms. The bathroom is large with a bath and separate shower recess. Construction is mud brick and recycled timber with a metal roof.
The land is a level 2.5 tree studded acres with various storage and wood sheds, as well as a drinkable bore that keeps the tanks topped up.
Currently being run as a successful weekend retreat, and at the edge of the village within easy reach of the state forests miles of walking/riding trails. It's about 7kms from the freeway so you'll be there before you know it!!
