complex sale achieved

We had a property that was complex to sell. It had a tenant locked in for a long time, making it less appealing to homebuyers. Investors were interested, but they wanted a rock-bottom price, way below what we were happy to accept. Stephanie managed to convince an investor of the value inherent in the property, and so we had a sale at a price we were pleased with. Very satisfied customers.
