Michelle is a passionate and knowledgeable agent who understands the needs of customers and works hard to ensure things go smoothly for all. She was always willing to answer my questions in a timely manner and provide guidance as to any additional requirements it needed. My only concern was regarding the market value of my home which I felt was more than Michelle suggested and when potential tenants were shown through they seemed to be the ones setting the price. Rather than Michelle working on my behalf to get the most rental income possible for me she was then advocating for the tenants requests for instead. It seemed strange that the high-end rental market is so hot right now and yet she quoted and encouraged me to accept less than other agents.
