Very well thinking along with our situation

Had an initial issue with filling in the online apply forms and did something not properly and application was sort of 'incomplete'. Emailed them (Micheal) about it and explained the situation; our current rental situation and family situation and he was very well thinking along with it and. And after supplying the needed documents he handed it over to the owner(s) and after the weekend we got the approval. Very quick! Also, even before we start to move in, already some needed maintenance will be done. Very pleased with their communication as well, very direct but above all very friendly. Looking forward to a pleasant relationship with them during our tenancy.
